By accessing or using the Crafty Apa website (craftyapa.com) and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All products sold on Crafty Apa are handmade by artisans. Because of the nature of handcraft, each item is unique and may have slight variations in colour, texture, and dimensions compared to product photographs. These variations are an intentional part of the artisan process and are not considered defects.

Prices are listed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You will have the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

We currently accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD) and selected mobile banking services. Order confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours. If you do not receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion — including orders that appear fraudulent, have pricing errors, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock limitations.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location within Bangladesh.

Delivery estimates are a guide only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Customized and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless the item arrived defective or damaged. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photographs, written descriptions, logos, brand assets, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Crafty Apa and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafty Apa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
